Disclosure

In its activities IDGC of Centre, JSC strives to adhere to the principle of ensuring maximum transparency for shareholders, potential investors, regulatory authorities, customers and other interested parties.

The large volume of information disclosed by the Company in conformity with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation is still not adequate to allow interested parties to make balanced decisions. In 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a new revision of the Regulation for Information Policy (Minutes No. 22/11 of October 17, 2011), which updates the list of additionally disclosed information in accordance with the current needs of all interested parties, as well as with the best Russian and international practices. The Chief Executive Officer of the Company reports to the Board of Directors on compliance with the requirements of this Regulation on a quarterly basis.

The majority of information is disclosed by the Company on the corporate website of the Company on the Internet: www.mrsk-1.ru/en/. In 2011, the website of the Company was redesigned: navigation was improved in accordance with best practice, and interactive pages reflecting the dynamics of the key performance and financial indicators of IDGC of Centre, JSC were made. “Stock Market” magazine’s 14th annual Contest of Annual Reports and Sites recognised the design and navigation of the Company’s site as the best entry.

The annual report of IDGC of Centre, JSC at the year end of 2010 was honoured as the best among companies with capitalisation from 10 to 100 bn RUB by the 14th Annual Federal Annual Reports Competition, held by the RTS and MICEX exchanges.

In March 2012, a competition organized by “Energy Market” magazine named IDGC of Centre, JSC’s annual report the winner among energy sector companies.
