Manpower Policy
The employees of the IDGC of Centre, JSC represent the competitive advantage of the Company, one of its principal resources. The development of our human capital is a very important aspect of the development strategy of the Company.
Within the framework of our manpower policy the management of the Company endeavours to retain good staff and attract new recruits, as well as increase employee qualifications and their motivation to achieve our corporate objectives.
The Company Programme for Support and Development of Human Resources provides for a range of measures focused on preservation, replenishment and development of human resources.
